Qualification : Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree (MBBS) from any recognized University and completed rotatory internship of one year from a MCI recognized institution and registered with Medical Council of India or Medical Council of the State with Post Graduate Degree in Clinical, ParaClinical and Pre-Clinical subjects.

Age Limit : Should have attained the age of 21 years, but should not have exceeded 45 years as on 30/11/2018, in terms of Notification No: 03/GEN/DOP dt: 03/04/2018.
