Qualification : Bachelor of Dental Surgery from a recognized University and should have completed Rotatory Internship of 01 (one) year from a Recognized University registered with Dental Council of India or Dental Council of any state.

Age Limit : Should have attained the age of 21 years, but should not have exceeded 45 years as on 31/10/2018, in terms of Notification No: 03/GEN/DOP dt: 03/04/2018.

Application Fee : Application fee amounting to Rs.150/- only may be paid online through credit/debit card, Net Banking by Visa/Mastercard. The amount once deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose.

Selection Process : Written Examination and Interview Test
