Eligibility :   

1. The candidate should be atleast graduate with Punjabi as one of the subject at Matric level.

2. He should be less than 50 years of age.

3. (a) He should have passed atleast one Foreign Language course (Spanish, German, Chinese, French, Japanese) from any recognized institute; or (b) He should be studying the foreign language course in any recognized institutes.

4. He should bee domicile of Punjab.

The training MI be provided free of any cost in Amritsar. Patiala or Chandigarh Selected candidates shall have to make their own arrangement for stay and travel for the training. The training shall be of 400 hours. The candidates having attendance of more than 80% shall only be allowed to take the test after completion of the training. The successful candidates shall be awarded certificates.
