PSSSB - Experience : Freshers

Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) invites online applications for the post of Clerk, Clerk - IT and Clerk - Accounts. Eligible Interested candidates should apply online through nltchd.info from 23rd October 2021 to 15th & 18th November 2021.

Age Limit:

18 to 37 years as on 01/01/2021
Age Relaxation as per Punjab Government Rules.

Pay Scale: Pay Matrix 7th Central Pay Commission ₹ 19900/- Per Month.

Educational Qualifications:

Clerk:

(1) Should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or Institution;
(2) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government recogniesed institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. (OR) Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
(3) Qualifies a test in Punjabi (In Unicode Compliant Font Raavi ) and English typing to be held by the Board or the appointing authority or the Department of Information Technology as the case may be, at a speed of thirty words per minute before his appointment (As specified in The Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994).
(4) Qualifies a competitive test to be held by the recruiting authority.

Clerk - IT:

(1) Should be B.Tech in Computer Science or or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or Bachelor of Computer Application or a Graduate having Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from recognized university or institution or any other equivalent or higher qualification in the relevant discipline.
(2) Qualifies a test in Punjabi (In Unicode Compliant Font Raavi ) and English typing to be held by the Board or the appointing authority or the Department of Information Technology as the case may be, at a speed of thirty words per minute before his appointment (As specified in The Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994).
(3) Qualifies a competitive test to be held by the recruiting authority.

Clerk - Accounts:

(1) Should be B.Com from recognized university or institution or any other equivalent or higher qualification in the relevant discipline.

Selection Process:

Written Examination (Objective type)

Application Fee:

1000/- for General category candidates
250/- for SC / BC / EWS category candidates
200/- for Ex-Servicemen and Dependent candidates

How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates should apply online only through PSSSB Online Application Portal (sssb.punjab.go.in / nltchd.info/sssbpb-clerks-preexam). The last date for registration of online applications is 18/11/2021 up to 5:00 PM.
