• Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in concerned subjects (Journalism and Mass Communication / Public Administration) with minimum 55% marks. 2. UGC NET/SET in the concerned subject 3. Ph.D. in the concerned subject (Preferable) The candidates who fulfil the above eligibility conditions can submit / send their bio-data along with the attested copies of the Post graduate degree certificate, Memorandum of Marks, UGC-NET / SET certificates / Ph.D. certificate to the concerned Head of the Department.
