NHB - Experience : Freshers

The National Housing Bank (NHB) invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Regional Manager positions. The last date for registration of online applications is 30th December 2021.

Age Limit: (As on 01/12/2021): (Age relaxation as per GoI Rules)
Assistant Manager (Scale I): 21 to 30 years
Deputy Manager (Scale II): 23 to 32 years
Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management: 30 to 45 years

Scale of Pay:

Assistant Manager (Scale I): ₹ 36000 - 1490/ 7 – 46430 - 1740/ 2 – 49910 - 1990/ 7-63840
Deputy Manager (Scale II): ₹ 48170 – 1740/ 1 – 49910 – 1990/ 10 - 69810
Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management: ₹ 76010 – 2220/ 4 – 84890 – 2500/ 2 – 89890

Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Manager (Scale I):

(1) A full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD) or a full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
(2) Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant/CMA/Company Secretary may also apply.
(3) The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate/ Professional qualification certificate that he/ she is a graduate/ post-graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ Company Secretary (wherever applicable) as on 01.12.2021 and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation/Post-graduation/ professional qualifications while registering online.

Deputy Manager (Scale II):

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline.
(2) Desirable: MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
(3) Minimum 02 years relevant experience.

Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management:

(1) Graduate degree, with – (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
(2) Minimum 02 years relevant experience.

175/- (Intimation charges only) for SC / ST / PwBD category candidates.
850/- (Application Fee including Intimation Charges) for General and OBC category candidates.
The fee should be made through online payment mode.
