MODE OF APPLICATIONS: Online Applications only, complete in all respect will
be accepted. Any application form received from any other source shall not be
entertained and will be summarily rejected.

Note - Applications which are incomplete in any respect, not accompanied by
requisite photographs, signature, essential qualification or not properly filled are
liable to be summarily rejected. No correspondence in this regard would be
entertained by the Board.

1. Application Fee : Candidate has to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- for the post
   of Lady Doctor. Fee payment should be made only through internet
   banking/credit card/debit card etc. as mentioned in the recruitment portal during
   the application process. Any other mode shall not be accepted.
2. AGE:- Age shall be counted from the prescribed last date of receipt of application.
   Relaxation in upper age limit. Age relaxation to ex-servicemen is as per rules. No
   age relaxation will be given to other categories as the said post is for unreserved.
   Only valid proof of age i.e. Birth Certificate issued by a Competent Authority or
   school leaving certificate of Class 10th will be accepted. Prescribed last date of
   application shall be 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in
   Employment News.
3. Mode of Selection: The recruitment for the post shall be based on personal
   interview. Intimation for interview shall be sent separately to all eligible
   candidates.

amendments or updates regarding said recruitment and time schedule for
interview.

1. At the time of interview, candidates are advised to bring all related documents to
   substantiate their claim regarding DOB, Identity proof, educational qualification,
   MCI registration etc. in original as well as 02 sets of photo copies of each docs.
   Candidates are also advised to bring recent passport size photographs along
   with Admit Card.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

[i] The candidate must be a citizen of India.

1. Qualification acquired by the candidates should be strictly in accordance
   with the prescribed qualifications as mentioned above in table and the
   candidate should not seek claim equivalent of their qualification with that
   of the prescribed qualification.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:-

1. The candidate shall be held responsible for correctness of all information given
   by him/her and in case of any information/documents found to be incorrect at a
   later stage, action shall be taken against the candidate including dismissal from
   service.
2. All the Service Rules applicable to Cantt. Fund Servants under the provisions of
   Cantt. Fund Servant Rules 1937 as amended from time to time and Govt.
   instructions issued from time to time shall apply.
3. The above post is on permanent basis and probation period will be as per rules.
4. No correspondence in regard to the appointment will be entertained. Candidates
   are advised to go through the instructions given on recruitment portal
5. No representation on any grounds for non-appearance for the test/interview etc.
   by the candidates will be entertained and his/her candidature will not be
   considered in such an eventuality.
6. Persons already employed have to produce 'No Objection Certificate' from their
   present employer at the time of interview. Age relaxation if any as per Govt. rules.
7. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
8. TA/DA will not be admissible for attending test/interview as the case may be.
9. The Cantonment Board/Chief Executive Officer reserves the right to annul
   recruitment process in full or part without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. Decision of the Appointing Authority would be final, with regard to all matters
    connected with the recruitment.
11. Categories of disable persons suitable for the job can also apply. But, no age
    relaxation would be given as the post is unreserved.
