Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) Kalpakkam invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for recruitment of Group A, Group C and Stipendiary Trainees. The online registration process will be start from 15th April 2021 and scheduled to be close on 14th May 2021. The last date for submission of application has been extended up to 31st July 2021.

Scientific Officer / D: Level 11 ₹ 67700/- + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government Rules

Educational Qualifications:

Scientific Officer / E: Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering / Materials Engineering with B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in respective discipline. Minimum 04 years relevant experience.

Technical Officer / E: B.E. / B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Chemical discipline.

Scientific Officer / D: Ph.D. with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science (in relevant discipline) or B.E. and M.E. or Master of Technology in in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.

Technical Officer / C: M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech / B>Sc.

Technician / B (Crane Operator): SSC with Science and Maths with minimum 60% marks (OR) Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Stenographer Grade III: Matriculation / SSC or equivalent with 50% marks. Minimum speed of 80 wpm in English Short hand and 30 wpm in English typing.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC): A Degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks.

Driver (OG): Pass 10th Standard (Matric) / SSC. Valid driving licence to drive light and heavy vehicles.

 Work Assistant / A: Pass in 10th standard / SSC / Matric.

Canteen Attendant: Matriculation or equivalent qualification.

Stipendiary Trainee Category I: Diploma / B.Sc. Degree in relevant discipline.

Stipendiary Trainee Category II: Minimum SSC / HSC Pass in relevant discipline. ITI certificate of not less than 02 years duration in the relevant trade.

₹ 300/- for Scientific Officer / Technical Officer posts.
₹ 200/- for Stipendiary Trainee Category-I posts.
₹ 100/- for Stipendiary Trainee Category-II posts.
The fee is payable online through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card only.

How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates should apply online through IGCAR official website (igcar.gov.in OR i-register.in/igcarcertin) from 15th April 2021. The last date for registration of online applications is 14/05/2021 up to 23:59 PM. The closing date for registration extended up to 03/06/2021. The hard copy of application should reach IGCAR, Recruitment Section on or before 10/06/2021. The last date for submission of online application has been extended up to 30/06/2021. The last date for receipt of online application has been extended up to 31/07/2021. The online application portal will be available for PWDs only from 15/07/2021 due to technical reasons.
