Ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (Suppliers, Third Parties) Basic Knowledge of Banking Good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point )
5. Principle Function & Responsibilities: Maintaining Relationship and continuous interaction with Corporate Merchants and major store level. Keep a tab on competitors position and market scenario. Sourcing new corporate merchants by leveraging market relationship. Monitoring business generated by merchants allocated to them and ensuring increase in total as well as on-us volumes. Corporate Customer acquisition & Customer retention. Proactive identification of new prospects and support the business development. Merchant Management through building relationship with merchants. Interface with various departments, Technical Service providers (TSPs) in order to provide prompt service to the corporate merchants. To devise strategies and formulate sales plan to ensure achievement of sales goals, medium as well as long term.
