Level-13 Aof Pay Matrix

No. of Post :- 03 (Three)

Deputation : Officers of the Central Government or the

State Government or Central Armed Police Forces including Sashastra Seema Bal or Central or State Public Works Departments or Military Engineering Services or General Reserve Engineering Force-

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre; or

(ii) with two years' regular service in the level-13 in the pay matrix; and

(b) possessing Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University; and (ii) twelve years' experience in execution of Civil Works. Note-1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note-2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note-3: The upper age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

For Ex-servicemen-Deputation/re-employment :-

By deputation or re-employment of released or retired Armed Forces Officers who have held analogous post or equivalent rank in the engineering service.

Note :- The Armed Forces Officers due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year, shall also be considered and such officers shall be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release or superannuation from the Armed Forces and thereafter they may continue on re-employment.

Pay Scale :- Level-11 of Pay Matrix

Deputation/Absorption : Officers of the Central Government or the State Government or Central Armed Police Forces including Sashastra Seema Bal or Central or State Public Works Departments or Military Engineering Services or General Reserve Engineering Force -

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre; or

(ii) with five years regular service in the level-10 in the pay matrix; and

(b) (i) possessing Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University; and (ii) five years experience in execution of civil works. Note-1 : The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note-2 : The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other Orga­nization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note-3 : The upper age limit for appointment by depu­tation shall not be exceeding fifty two years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

For Ex-servicemen-Deputation/re-employment:-

Instructor (Mountaineering) Pay Scale :-

By deputation (including short term contract) :

Officers of the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Subordinate/Autonomous Bodies Recognized Research Institution/Universities :

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the

parent cadre or department: or

(ii) with five years regular service in the posts in Pay

Band-3 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 in the parent cadre

or department; and

(b) possessing the qualifications and experience as below:-

(i) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University;

(ii) have completed the Basic and Advance Mountainee­ring Courses from a recognized institute; and

(c) should have five years practical experience with active participation in Mountaineering expedition.

Note-1: The departmental candidates in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, dcputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note-2: The period of dcputation(including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Deputation (including short-term contract) :

1. Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territories/Subordinate/Autonomous Bodies/Recognized Research Institution/Universities:

(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the

parent cadre or department: or

(ii) with three years service in the grade rendered after

appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-7 or

equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) possessing the qualifications and experience as

below:-

(i) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University;

(ii) have completed the Basic and Advance Mountainee­ring Course from a recognized institute;

(c) should have three years practical experience with

(II). The departmental field Officer (Mountaineering) with three years regular service in Level-7 will also be considered along with the outsiders and in case the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the posts, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion.

Officer under the Central Government or State Govern­ment or Union Territories or Recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations.

(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years regular service in the grade rend­ered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-11 of the pay matrix;.and

(b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Hus bandry from a recognized University or Institute with ten years of experience in the subject in a Government Organization.

Note:-1: The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, Deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion

Note-2: Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years. Pay Scale :- PB-3/GP-6600/- pre-revised, revised to Level-11 of pay matrix.

Deputation/Absorption :

Officers of the Central/State Government.

(i) holding analogous posts, or

(ii) with 05 years regular service in the scale of Rs.

8000-275-13500/- or

(iii) with 08 year regular service in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500/- Rs.7500-12000; and

Possessing at least a degree in Civil Engineering.

(The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed four years).

(The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation including short term contract shall not be exceeding 56 years, as on the closing date of receipt of applications.) (The departmental officers who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appoint­ment on deputation. Re-employment.

Ex-servicemen holding analogous posts and experience of working in the field of Civil Engineering and possessing a degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

The maximum age limit for re-employment shall not exceed 56 years.

(The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite experience and qualification would be considered. Such person would be given deputation term upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces, thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.)
