Essential Qualification: Good academic record with MBA or equivalent from a recognised Management Institute/University.

Experience:
(i) Total Work experience of not less than 20 years with at least 10 years of experience in the field of direct selling out of which not less than 5 years experience in TV/Media sales. Years of experience shall be reckoned upto the last date of receipt of applications.
(ii) Preference would be given to those having experience in organisations for direct sales across India.
(iii) Additional preference would be given to those who have held higher managerial positions in any PSU or Government organisation

Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications.
