NPCC Limited, A Mini ratna: Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise engaged in Engineering Construction, Planning, Operation and Project Management Consultancy in the fields of industrial Infrastructure, Thermal, Hydroelectric, Tunnelling, Railways, Highways, Surface Transport, Townships, Buildings, Dams, Weirs, Barrages, Public Health, Environmental Engineering and Border Fencing & Flood Lightning Works etc., having an annual turnover of more than Rs.1100 crores, is in urgent need of Group General Manager(Civil) & General Manager(Civil) on deputation basis:

1. Name of Post : Group General Manager (Civil)

Scale of Pay (Rs.) : E-7 (Rs. 100000-260000/- (IDA) (3rd

PRC IDA-revised)

Required Qualification & Experience (as on 30.11.18) : (a) Officers from Central/State PSU/Govt. Organisation/ Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Govt.:

1. Holding analogous pay scale in the parent cadre or department. OR
2. With Two years service in one step below pay scale

i.e. Rs. 90000-240000 (IDA) (3rd PRC IDA-revised) or Rs. 36600-62000(IDA) (2nd IDA pre-revised) or Rs. 37400-67000 (6th pay CDA) in pay band, PB-4 with grade pay Rs. 8700/- OR PB Level 13 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent.

AND

1. Possessing the following Educational Qualification : The candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engg. from an Institute/University recognized by UGC/AICTE/Government.

AND

1. 20 years post qualification experience as on 30.11.2018.

1. Holding analogous pay scale in the parent cadre or department OR
2. With Two years service in one step below pay scale

i.e. Rs. 80000-220000(IDA) (3rd PRC IDA-revised) or Rs. 32900-58000(IDA) (2nd IDA pre-revised) or Rs. 37400-67000 (6th pay CDA) in pay band, PB-4 with grade pay Rs. 8700 OR PB Level 13 (7th Pay CDA).

AND

1. Possessing the following Educational Qualification : The candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engg. from an Institute/University recognized by UGC/AlCTE/Government.

AND

1. 18 years post qualification experience as on 30.11.2018.
