ELIGIBILITY:
Post Graduates in any discipline (from any UGC recognised university) are eligible to apply. (Excluding Post Graduate Diplomas/One year Executive-MBA)
Candidates should be a Post-Graduate as on 01-01-2020. Candidates who are awaiting results or pursuing post-graduation are not eligible to apply.
AGE LIMIT:
Maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2020 [Candidate must have been born on or after 02-01-1992]. The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
APPLICATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):
600/- [500/- in case of SC/ST candidates] plus applicable GST
SELECTION:
By Online Test tentatively scheduled on 16-02-2020 at Bengaluru, Dharwad-Hubballi, Mangaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi Centres. Kindly note that the Bank reserves the right to change the centre/venue depending upon the administrative exigencies/requirements. Candidates who are successful in the online test will be called for an interview at Bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru. No allowances/reimbursement will be payable/made for attending the test/interview. Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of three years failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.
APPOINTMENT & EMOLUMENTS:
Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme’ (for one week) at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru at their own cost. On successful completion of the said training programme, they will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank. They will be on probation for a period of one year and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank. Salary will be as per All India Level Settlements (Current CTC will be around `69,000/- per month.)
Eligible candidates shall apply online only between 08-01-2020 to 18-01-2020 (inclusive of both days) through the Bank’s website after carefully going through the instructions contained in this advertisement. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
