1 .Essential Qualification/ Experience:
(a) Matriculation or equivalent with English as compulsory subject from recognized University/Board. (b) Proficiency in handling private Exchange Board with at least six months experience certificate in Electronic Private Brach Exchange/Private Branch Exchange operation from a recognized Institute.

2. Desirable: Fluency in spoken English

3. Pay Scales Tele. Opr Gde II = Level 2, Index-1 as per 7th CPC pay matrix table + other allowances as admissible MTS/Safaiwala = Level 1, Index-1 as per 7th CPC pay matrix table + other allowances as admissible
