Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Location : New Delhi

1. Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University. At least 6 Month’s certificate course of Telephone Operator.

2. Salary: as per Minimum Wages Act. Rs. 18332/ - (ESIC & EPF will be deducted)

3. Skills: Candidate should be well versed with EPABAX System and Be able to receive and transfer messages on phone politely and promptly. Be able to communicate with Telephone service providers in case of breakdown to ensure smooth and un interrupted functioning of telephone services for public and the staff. Have good hearing and a clear telephone voice. Be confident and polite with a pleasant telephone manner. Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Have a good command of English & Hindi. Have basic IT skills. Have excellent customer care skills.

Age: Upto 35 Years

Application Fee: One time Registration fees of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) shall be taken at the time of final Joining.

Terms and Conditions
1. Applicants are required to come for Walk-in-Interview on the date and time mentioned in the advertisement.
2. The interested applicants are advised to go through the Eligibility Criteria’s carefully and ascertain themselves regarding their eligibility.
3. The selection of the candidates from the panel to the department is subject to his/her suitability in the formal interaction conducted by client department.
4. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing for the Interview/ Interaction/ typing test

Selection Procedure
The shortlisted candidates shall be considered for deployment on PURELY CONTRACTUAL basis in Delhi State Cancer Institute, Delhi as per the requirement of the Department. Final selection of candidates for the panel will be based on the performance in the interview/ interaction and as found eligible as per prescribed criteria. ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates from panel.
