Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in Law from a recognised university and must be a practising Advocate in Courts of Civil and/or Criminal jurisdiction.

Age Limit (as on 30-04-2018): Maximum 35 years
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Viva Voce Test.

This high court was established on 1 May 1960 as a result of bifurcation of the former State of Bombay into two States of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
