Job Description oles and Responsibilities of the Consultant include1.Assisting the PMU Head in taking key leadership decisions, managing the overall project and ensuring that it meets the desired objectives2.Reviewing overall performance of system and providing corresponding recommendations on payments to be made to the IA including any incentives and penalties3.Assisting in preparation of any change request documents by collating scope of changes, and supporting the PMU in managing the negotiations and implementation of the same with the IA and / or any other parties required for system integration and other related services4.Validate the critical project deliverables such as SRS, design, solution architecture, deployment architecture5.Support during the User Acceptance Testing for Release
Education : .Assist MSDE in continuous co-ordination among the multiple stakeholders on all the technical matters7.Validate the recommendations of the Implementation Agency (and other stakeholders) on requirements with respect to additional hardware / system software / bandwidth / data center services8.Assist Directorate or a third party agency in audits (Functional Security, ISO 27001 Audits, License Audits, and Operational Audits)9.Handholding the MSDE in ensuring the continuous functioning and maintenance of Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Centre over and above the responsibilities of the IA.10. Facilitating MSDE for on-boarding/selection of any third parties through RFP Preparation and bid management for procuring supplementary services for the MIS project.Qualifications B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 6-10 years of experience in technology / operations Management or Graduate with 6-10 yrs of Project Management experience in Technology/Operations domain.
