Qualification

• JGM/DGM (Planning) : Must be a B.E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC. Post graduation in a relevant field is desirable. The incumbent should posses minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager leave and 13 years of post qualification experience for Deputy General Manager level respectively in construction planning, out of which minimum 7 years of experience in Primavera P6 EPPM is required.
• JGM/DGM (PMIS) : Must be a B.E / B.Tech in civil graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC. Post graduation in a relevant field is desirable. The incumbent should posses minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager level and 13 years of post qualification experience for Deputy General Manager level respectively in project management and out of which minimum 7 years of experience in ERP, SAP and other Project Management software’s is required.
• JGM/DGM (BIM) : Must be a B.E / B.Tech/ B.Arch (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical /Architecture) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in a relevant field is desirable. The incumbent should posses minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager level and 13 years of post-qualification experience for Deputy General Manager level respectively in the following areas of work, Out of which minimum 5-7 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from AEC industry is required
• DGM (VAC and TVS) : Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Mech / EEE) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should posses post qualification experience of minimum 13 years with relevant experience in project management of Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) or Air Conditioning System or Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) in a large infrastructure project, which shall include the following areas.
• Manager (BIM) : Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should possess a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in the following areas of work, out of which minimum 2-3 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) from AEC industry is required.

Salary Details

• JGM/DGM (Planning) : Rs.1,45,000/-per Month
• JGM/DGM (PMIS) : Rs.1,45,000/-per Month
• JGM/DGM (BIM) : Rs.1,45,000/-per Month
• DGM (VAC and TVS) : Rs.1,25,000/- Per month
• Manager (BIM) : Rs.85,000/- Per Month
