There were 3 rounds in the selection procedure: 1. Aptitude Test: The questions were divided in 3 sections: i) Verbal: There were 15 questions. Some questions were on synonyms and antonyms (like, meaning of the word Neologism). A few were on arrangement of lines to make a meaningful paragraph. ii) Reasoning: This section had 15 questions too. There were big paragraphs and questions based on them. It was actually not required to go through the entire paragraph as answers were usually found in last lines. iii) Technical: This section had 20 questions. Most of the question were on C,C++ and Unix. For example, a C program was given and it was required to find the output. A few questions were on decimal to binary conversion. 2& 3. HR & Technical Interview: HR round was easiest of all. They test your patience and stress level. In both these round, main focus was on communication skill, behavior and confidence.
