IDFC Recruitment for Credit Manager-LAP

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
 
Ensure high portfolio quality for LAP in the location, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers), with very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement

Monitor and ensure very low defects on data entry as part of LAP underwriting quality
Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Central team on all application being processed.
Close monitoring on non-starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing pattern. 
Giving Feedback to channels/Vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and taking corrective action to improve the efficiency of vendors.
Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head Office and regulatory compliance in the location
Channel risk management by identifying and knowing all channels and identifying good and bad channels
Interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/Policy/Product etc. to ensure a smooth day to day functioning at the location

An Ideal Candidate should possess:
At-least an experience of 5 years in financial underwriting for LAP
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills

Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA/Master in Finance from premier institute


Relationship Manager - SME or Associate Relationship Manager- SME

 

Job Description:

Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of SME Clients; each Relationship Manager is expected to manage between 40-45 accounts in target industry verticals
Deliver month on month targets on SME Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health
Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support
Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit
Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any
Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to SME Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios
Work closely with the SME Regional Head and Transaction Banking team to develop sales strategy for SME clients
Identify market trend and target customers needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for SME clients

An Ideal Candidate should possess

Sound knowledge of Working Capital Loans, Transaction Banking products as well as general banking regulations.
Previous experience of handling SME clients in Indian Market.

Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Job Description: 

Monthly and quarterly Regulatory Reporting to RBI which includes reporting on
o Asset, liabilities, exposures
o Quarterly operating results
oAsset quality of the Bank
Preparation of data for Risk Based Supervision.
Computation of NDTL as per RBI requirements.
Preparation of data for annual financial data inspection by RBI.
Preparation of the daily SLR and CRR maintenance reports as per the RBI guidelines.
Preparation of special fortnightly & monthly reports as per RBI guidelines such as SFR II, SMR-VIAB, etc.
Preparation of adhoc reports as per the management requirements.
Analytical review and preparation of variance analysis reports for the regulatory reports.
Perform reconciliations (direct/indirect) to across regulatory filings.(e.g. DSBIV, DSB I, SMRVI-AB, etc.).
Preparation of information as required by the regulatory authorities and involvement in various projects aimed at improving processes and controls.
Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.
Review of standard operating procedures & implementation of spread sheet controls.
Supporting financial policy development and regulatory audits.
Involvement in the automated data flow (ADF) project for automating the regulatory reports.
Co-ordination with statutory auditor for audit of various disclosures and notes to accounts.
 
An Ideal Candidate should possess:
3 5 years of Banking experience in Financial & regulatory reporting
Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation
Experience in RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance
Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
Experience in Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines
CBS/GL Knowledge
Experience in Automation of regulatory reports
Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA/Master in Finance from premier institute


Relationship Manager-MSME

Job Description:
Responsible for Sourcing MSME Working Capital/ Term Loan and Over draft Proposals within the mentioned catchment
Responsible for achieving Asset Disbursement and Fee targets on a month on month basis 
Responsible for Acquiring Customers, Onboarding them and managing daily operational requirements of the on boarded customer
Arranging and accompanying  for credit meetings, clearing credit queries and  completing the end to end disbursal process for the  customer
Should clear deferrals/Covenants within defined timelines
Ensure timely renewals of cases acquired.
Responsible for the health of the portfolio acquired.
Ticket Size Range upto 5 Cr.
An Ideal Candidate should possess
-Should have prior experience in sourcing (WC/TL) or should have working experience in sourcing Liability business in the mentioned catchments
-Working knowledge of Financial statements
-Understanding of property title and property documents 
-Should have working knowledge of Trade and Forex products. 
-Should ideally have working experience in the defined geographies
-Strong relationship management skills
-Good Communication Skills Written and Oral.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate - Any Specialization / Postgraduate MBA
