Following is the process of placement at Ernst and Young :

1. Online Application : The candidates willing to be a part of Ernst and Young can send their application form to the concerned authority. 

2. Written Test : After applying online, the company conducts an online test which include various questions to assess the numerical ability, verbal ability and the reasoning capability of the candidates.

3. Placement Interview : Ernst and Young conducts face to face interview as the next step of the selection process.The strength of the candidate along with his attributes and interest is assessed during this one hour interview. The candidates can present their hobbies, extracurricular activities etc in a way that benefit the organization so that the interviewer will be impressed. This will increase the possibility of the candidate for being selected. The experience of the candidate will be counted as an extra advantage. The candidates are given a chance to know more about the organization during the interview. They can come prepared with relevant questions which reveal the candidates interest towards the organization and to be a part of it.

4. Assessment Process : The assessment process of the institute will be based on the post applied by the candidate. This section will include case studies, team meetings etc.  The interview is conducted by the partner /director of the firm at this stage.
