Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has issued a circular for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) and Assistant Account Officer (AAO) for the Regional Office located in Mumbai. According to the circular issued by the authority on April 15, recruitment (UIDAI Recruitment 2024) is to be done for the posts of 2 ASO and 1 AAO. Candidates should note that this recruitment is to be done on deputation basis.

Qualification
As per the recruitment notification issued by UIDAI (UIDAI Recruitment 2024), for ASO posts, one must have worked in any post of Pay Matrix Level-5 for at least 3 years or any post of Level-4 for at least 5 years in any department of the Central Government. However, employees working in the same post in the departments of the State / Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings can also apply. Similarly, for AAO posts, one must have 3 years of experience in the post of Pay Matrix Level-7 or 5 years in the post of Level-6. Employees of States or UTs or PSUs can also apply.
