1. Fixed Term Engineer – Electronics:
a. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Electronics & telecommunications / Communication / Telecommunication from a recognized institute. General / OBC candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks. SC / ST / PWD candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks. .
b. Remuneration : Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, as per the Companys rules will be part of the remuneration package.
c. Period of contract: Five years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project, performance of the candidate and at the discretion of BEL.
d. Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of Electronics assembly operations and Testing of PCBs in Industrial/ Defence Electronics manufacturing industries excluding Graduate Apprenticeship/Training period.
e. Job Profile : Testing / troubleshooting of Fuze Electronics modules, PCBs – Assembly of Electronics modules – Supervision of Assembly/ Testing line(Rotational Shifts) – Technical Support and supply chain management of PCB Assemblies at BEL’s vendors located in Mumbai/Bangalore etc. – Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement.

a. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical from a recognized institute. General / OBC candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks. SC /ST / PWD candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks.
b. Remuneration : Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000. e. Job Profile : Supply chain management of Mechanical Parts, Assemblies – Follow up for supply of Parts from outstation BEL’s vendors located in Hyderabad/ Nagpur etc.- Testing of Mechanical Assemblies – Supervision (Rotational Shifts) of Fuze Assembly line (including explosive components) - Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement.

Age: Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01.10.2018.

Application Fee: Application fee of Rs. 500/- by DD in favor of Bharat Electronics Limited payable at Pune is required to be attached along with application. SC/ST, PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

General conditions

2. Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sector Undertaking is required to submit the application through proper channel or produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of interview without which such candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
3. The number of posts indicated above may vary based on the actual requirement at the time of selection. Applications that are incomplete, not in the prescribed format, not legible, without the required enclosures will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage.
4. The above opening is for Bharat Electronics Limited, NDA Road, Pashan,Pune-21. However, selected candidate may be required to serve in other location/s also, if need arises, as per Company’s requirement.

b) Certificate / Marks Sheet issued by Board for Matriculation / Higher Secondary in support of proof of age.
c) All certificates (starting from Matriculation / Class X) in support of educational qualifications. (Candidates having part-time or correspondence course in prescribed qualification are not eligible).
d) Conversion formula for conversion of CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or letter grade to percentage, duly certified by the University / Institution, wherever applicable.
e) Latest OBC certificate / Copy of SC/ST certificate.
f) Disability certificate if the candidate belongs to PWD category.
g) No objection certificate if employed in Government / Quasi Government and Public Sector undertakings.
h) Experience certificate from the previous and present employer.
i) Two passport size color photographs.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be through written test and interview.
