Cooch Behar, Pin-736165, West Bengal within 07.08.2015. Merepossession of the essential qualification shall not make an applicant entitled to be called forinterview. Land losers of UBKV, Pundibari Campus/ persons having working experience atthe University will get weightage. Age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates. Application incomplete in any respect will be rejected withoutadducing any reason thereof.
Salary for Job : Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/
Education : i) Uniformly good academicrecord with at least Master?s Degree or equivalent, (ii) Atleast 10 years? service experience in a University or in aninstitute of higher learning of which five years must be in highlevel administration in a University or in an institute of Postgraduatestudies.
Experience : i) A Doctoral Degree withhigh level administrative experience in a Governmentor Quasi-Government Organization or a good background inadministration and management in senior position. Providedthat in absence of suitable candidates having requisiteadministrative experience if the candidate has been either aProfessor/Principal for at least two years or a Reader for atleast five years, the essential qualification pertaining toadministrative experience for the post may be relaxed and forcandidate having requisite administrative experience, theessential qualifications may be relaxed on therecommendation of the selection committee but the candidatesmust have at least the academic qualification as required forteachers of colleges. Provided that a higher initial pay may begranted as per qualification, experience and presentemoluments.
