Education : (a) First class full time Engineering Degree with First class PG Diploma in MarketingManagement.(or)(b) First class Full time MBA(or)(c) First class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with PG Diploma inMarketing Management.NOTEIn case of candidates with minimum 5 years experience in Board Marketing, therequirement of PG Diploma in Marketing Management will be relaxed.
Experience : for Assistant General Manager (Marketing)Minimum 21 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on01.05.2015.for Senior Manager (Marketing)Minimum 17 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on01.05.2015.for Deputy Manager (Marketing)Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on01.05.2015.for Assistant Manager (Marketing)Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on01.05.2015.NOTE1. Marketing experience in Paper Mills is desirable.2. In case of persons with more than 5 years of experience in Board Marketing,the norms for minimum age and experience will be relaxed by 2 years.
