Job Description Key Role Responsibilities Should have experience in VAT, Service Tax, Excise OCTROI and other levies. Candidate with a flair for interaction with authorities is must. Should possess excellent communication and drafting skills. Candidate should possess in depth knowledge of VAT under Maharashtra. Knowledge of VAT Laws of Andhra, Gujarat will preferred. Candidate should possess in depth knowledge of Excise Law and Rules, Service Tax and Rules. Should have handled the job of VAT, Excise, and Service Tax and should have good interpretation skills of the law and its rules, including filing of returns, refund, Audit. Hands of experience in circulars of Excise. Exposure to domain Oil and Gas will be an added advantage.Professional Requirement ACS/ACWA/ACA with around 7-10 years of experience. Candidate having LLB Qualification will preferred. Exposure to SAP in MM/FICO modules will be an advantage.
