Experience : Minimum 02 years (as on 31.03.2015) of relevant post-qualification experience insecretarial work, handling matters such as convene Board Meetings/ Annual GeneralMeeting/ Audit Committee Meetings/ other Committee Meetings/ preparation of agenda/minutes/ co-ordination etc filing returns/ correspondence with Ministry of Corporate Affairs,Liaise/ follow up with Registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs or otherGovernment Departments to ensure statutory compliance, in a Public sector/Private sector
