Experience : Minimum 4 Years of experience in finance and accounting for preparation of Balance Sheet, analysis of Financial Statements and conversant with Companies Act 2013.Minimum 4 Years of experience in prospecting appraisal and execution ofdebt mandates while working with Merchant Banker/Credit rating AgencyMinimum 4 years of experience in consultancy like preparation of revenue model, financial model and feasible study/DPR for projects and for providing transaction advisory, bid process management services to government entities.Minimum 5 Years of experience in prospecting and technically analysing documenting the clients requirements for providing consultancy services. Further experience in implementation of execution- strategy as per the clients requirement is desirable
