1. Position: National Receivables Manager
2. No of Post: 01
3. Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE
a) Desirable qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management.
4. Work Experience: Minimum of 16 Years’ experience in the BSFI sector with an exposure in the collection and/ or its related activities
5. Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with a periodic performance reviews. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
6. Eligibility Criteria to be met as of: 01.01.2022
1. Position: Head Strategy – Receivables Management, Retail, MSME, Agri Loans
2. Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. bodies/ AICTE
a) Desirable qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management & Professional Certification in Project Management
3. Work Experience: Minimum of 12 Years experience in a Bank/ NBFC with 10 years experience in Collection profile. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Receivable Management & Risk Management portfolio
4. Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance reviews. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
5. Eligibility Criteria to be met as of: 01.01.2022
Age Limit:
National Receivables Manager: Min. 40 years – Max. 55 Years, Head Strategy: Min. 38 years – Max. 50 Years
