The cut-off for DU Admission is decided by Delhi University. DU cut off 2018 is released for the UG courses for which entrance exam is not held. The cut-off list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 12th examination. Candidate’s securing the cut-off marks are eligible for admission in the constituent colleges of DU. It has been announced from 19th June 2018.

Admission to UG merit-based courses such as BA, B.Sc and B.Com commence in the month of May every year. Candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 examination. Interested students can apply through online mode to secure admission in non-entrance based courses offered in different affiliated colleges of University of Delhi.

- Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply.
- The application fee is INR 2000 (Unreserved and OBC candidates) and INR 1500 (SC/ST/PwD/CW candidates)
- The course will comprise of two semesters, each containing five subjects and an end of semester project.
- The classes will be held from Monday to Friday as per the scheduled timetable from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Selection of candidates for the PGDCSL will be based on the combined merit of qualifying exam and personal interview.
- 85% weightage will be given to the qualifying degree merit and 15% weightage will be given to the interview.

Candidates seeking admission to Delhi University courses can apply online through the official registration portal by following the below-mentioned steps:
- As a first time user, the candidate shall navigate to the “New Applicant Sign Up” to create the user account by clicking on the “New Registration” link.
- Under the “Create New Account” page, the candidate should fill in all the required details.
- Candidate should verify his/her email-id and Password as henceforth, it will be used for the admission purposes.
- Finally, the candidate should click the “Register” button to create a new user account.
- A confirmation will be sent to the registered email account/mobile number upon creation of the registration account.
- Once registered, the applicant should log on to the UG/PG/Ph.D admission portal to complete the online registration form.
- Under the “Registered Applicant Sign In” tab, the candidate shall enter “registered email-id” as username and the “password”.
- Upon logging in, the candidate must complete the registration form divided among the following nine sections:
