Education : Masters degree in statistics / mathematics / operations research / physics or economics/commerce or a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience : 7 yrs. Experience of electronics date processing / computer oriented optimization , information or statistical system , out of which at least 3 yrs. Should be in a responsible capacity on actual computer programming and system design.
