Salary for Job : Rs.67000-91000 with yearly increment of Rs.6000
Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with minimumsecond class
Experience : i)Minimum 20 year?s experience in constructionmanagement of multi-disciplinary Governmentconstruction projects and at least 10 years experienceof independent handling of construction projects in thecapacity of highly senior level or above.ii)Should have headed large construction managementunits of Government/semi govt/autonomous bodies ofGovt, involving architecture, civil, structural,mechanical, electrical engineering, project andconstruction management, maintenance of buildingand infrastructure.iii)Thorough knowledge about Governmentprocedures regarding employment of consultants,contractors, service providers.iv)Knowledge about standard conditions of contract,manuals for consultants and construction, CVCguidelines, statutory clearances, arbitration, majorfeatures of Indian Contract Act and related aspects.v)Should be able to lead a group of Officers onSpecial Duty (OSDs) of IITB for project managementand construction.
