Education : (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadreor department or(ii) With three years service in the grade rendered afterappointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised scaleof pay of Rs.5500-9000 or equivalent or six years combinedservice in pre-revised scale of Rs.5500-9000 and Rs. 5000-8000 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department and
Experience : possessing the following educational qualification andexperience (i) A Bachelor?s degree from a recognized University orequivalent(ii) Possessing a speed @100 words per minute instenography (English or Hindi)(c) Desirable Two years experience of Working on Computer.
