Education : a) Ist class Graduate with Diploma or Master?s Degree courserecognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra WelfareOfficers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service)Rules,1966 (enclosed as Annexure ?A) i.e. MSW/ MA(IPPM)/ PGDiploma in Labour Welfare etc., andb) Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of WelfareOfficer in any Factory, andc) Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in anyindustry/ Factory as Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HRExecutive in HR or Welfare Dept.
