Education : (1) Masters degree of a recognized University or equivalent inHindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or electivesubject or as a medium of examination at the degree levelORMasters degree of a recognized University or equivalent in anysubject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English mediumand English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as amedium of examination at the degree levelORMasters degree of a recognized University or equivalent in anysubject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as acompulsory or elective subjects of either or the two as themedium of examination and the other as a compulsory or electivesubject at degree levelAND(2) Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation fromHindi to English vice versa or two years experience oftranslation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central orState government offices, including Government of Indiaundertaking
Experience : (i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Boardor equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentionedin the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.(ii) Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English andvice-versa from a recognized Univeristy.
