Salary for Job : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Education : (i) Postgraduate degree with minimum 55 marks inthe discipline relevant to the area (English, Hindi andSanskrit, Geography, Science and Mathematics)(ii) Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) withminimum 55 marks.(iii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, thecandidate must have cleared the National EligibilityTest (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similartest accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.However, candidates, who are, or have been awardeda Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the UniversityGrants Commission (Minimum Standards andProcedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations,2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of theminimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET forrecruitment and appointment of Assistant Professoror equivalent positions inUniversities/Colleges/Institutions.(iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for suchMasters Programmes in disciplines for whichNET/SLET/SET is not conducted.(v) Specializations in Psychology, Education Technologyand ICT will be given preference
