Education : i) Master?s Degree in Library Science of a recognized Universityor equivalentOrA Second Class Master?s Degree of a recognized University plus a degree/diploma in Library Scienceof a recognized University or equivalent.(ii) 3 (three) years? experience in administration, management, promotion and development of LibraryServices/System in a responsible capacityOr3 (three) years? experience taken together in the following-(a) Administration, management, promotion and development of Library Services/System in aresponsible capacity and(b) Teaching in Library Science in a recognized Institutionprovided that at least 2 (two) years? experience must be in (a) above
Experience : ) Knowledge of audio-visual education (ii) Capacity for touring in rural areas.
