Salary for Job : Rs.37400 - 67000+AGP Rs.10000/- per month
Education : A minimum fifteen years of experience as a teacher in a recognizedUniversity or Scientist in a State or National Fisheries or Ocean ScienceResearch Institute as the case may be, of which at least two years shall be inthe cadre of Professor or Principal Scientist or equivalent and havingsufficient experience in productive research in the field of Fisheries/OceanScience/Management/Marine Sciences proven by publications in standardreferred journalsAn eminent scholar with Doctoral Degree/D.Sc qualification(s) in theconcerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, activelyengaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
Experience : A minimum of fifteen years of teaching experience in University/college, and/orexperience in research at the University/National level institution/industries,including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. A minimumscore as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based PerformanceBased Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in the UGC Regulations 2010/ICARRegulations.
