Candidate shall submit a DD of Rs 300 along with the application form.However, candidates belonging to SC, ST PWD and in-service candidates of the CentralUniversity of Kashmir are required to pay only Rs. 150 as application fee. The DD should bedrawn on any nationalised bank favouring Central University of Kashmir, payable at Srinagar(JK). Education : (i) A Master?s Degree in Library Science /Information Science/Documentation with atleast 55 marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale andconsistently good academic record as set out in UGC Regulations.(ii) At least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a university library or eighteenyears? experience as a College Librarian.(iii) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work.(iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API)based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in UGC Regulations2010 along with its amendments (to be supported by the documentary evidenc
