Salary for Job : Pay Band 15600-39100 with AGP of 6,000
Education : Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least55 of marks (or an equivalent grade in a scale wherever grading system isfollowed) at the Masters degree level in a relevant subject of concerned facultyfrom an Indian University.Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared theNational Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC / CSIR / ICAR / similartest conducted by the State Government and should have published at lest onearticle in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Science, New Delhi) ratedjournal.However, the candidates who have acquired Ph.D. degree with course work asper the UGC Notification-2009 with two full length publications having NAASrating not less than four, on the last date of submission of application will beexempted from NET requirement.Note Candidates with Ph.D. degree without course work will not be eligiblefor NET exemption.
Experience : NET / SLET / SET shall not be required for such subjects for which NET/SLET/SETaccredited test is not conducted. Candidates from Veterinary Faculty will be exempted from NET for a period of 5years from the date of appointment
