Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Nursing Officer: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with registration under State Nursing Council.
- Technician Posts: Diploma or Degree in relevant technical disciplines such as Lab Technology, Radiology, or OT Technology.
- Clerk / Store Keeper: Graduation with computer proficiency.
Experience:
- Nursing Officer: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in 50-bed or larger institutions preferred.
- Technical roles: 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable.
Age Limit:
- Nursing Officer: 18–35 years
- Technician / Clerk: 18–30 years
- Age relaxations as per Central Government rules (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years).
Pay and Benefits
Employees will receive pay under the 7th Central Pay Commission along with Dearness Allowance, HRA, and Transport Allowance. Additional benefits include medical facilities, pension coverage under NPS, and leave entitlements as per AIIMS service rules.
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 100 objective questions.
- Skill Test (for Technician/Clerk roles) where applicable.
- Document Verification and Final Merit List.
The CBT will assess professional knowledge, reasoning, and general awareness. Final selection will depend on merit and verification of original documents.
