Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- For Scientist / Senior Scientist: Ph.D. in relevant scientific disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
- For Technical Posts: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./Diploma in relevant technical or applied science fields from a recognized university.
- Candidates must possess valid experience certificates where applicable.
Experience:
- Scientist: Minimum 1–3 years of post-doctoral experience.
- Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist: 5–10 years of research or industry experience.
- Technical Assistant: Minimum 2 years of practical/laboratory experience preferred.
Age Limit:
- Scientist / Technical Assistant: Up to 35 years
- Senior Scientist: Up to 40 years
- Principal Scientist: Up to 45 years
(Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per CSIR norms.)

Selection Process
