I am Uma Mahesawri doing my final year MCA. I came to temenos through niit.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Ist NIIT shot-listed the candiates. I got short-listed... Then they send those people to the company.Actually company came NIIT adyar branch.
We all went there.
Rounds:
Only 2 rounds

2. Tech.+HR.

GD was a technical GD so i am able do well.topic for me is DBMS Vs RDBMS. other topics are}
SDLC
OOPS concep
Banking software.....

Tech+HR:
for me very simple tech. questions as
diff. b/w structure and class
what is a function
call by value & call by reference
what do u mean by return type.
then the asked me to write sorting algorithm
thats all then to hr
1. tell me about ur self and few more simple questions...
thats all over.
next day i got a call from niit and they said u have been selected. Very simple questions... All GODS GRACE...I have attended so many aptitudes, but not cleared enen a single one. So dont worry be more confident on U. Be good with basic concepts...
