The selection procedure for syntel campus recruiment will be done in the following steps
1) Written test
2) Technical Interview
3) HR round
The Written test will be conducted in college itself, it consists of total 43 Questions Which includes 3 Verification Questions about your personal details, this will be some what easier but don,t underestimate it some of you may get tough questions among your friends.
Technical interviews will be held at some other palce other than your college, most probably will be held at Hyderabad for the complete state of AP.Here they will mainly concentrate on your C, C++ & your fav sub knowledge.
Then final round will be HR here mainly our communicationskills favours us.
In our time total 65000 candiates appeared from all over INDIA for written out of those only top 10%(marks) for candiates are selected for interviews, out of them also 10,000 were selected for th interviews.
In Andhra pradesh these are held at Vardhaman College of Engineering for 5 days, totally 4000 were attended for interviews and the selection ratio was 1:2 among them and I,m one among the selected candidates
