Schneider Electric recruitment process consists of following rounds.

First Round :   Written Test

Second Round : Group Discussion

Third Round :   Technical Interview

Fourth Round : HR Interview

Written Test :
 
The written test comprises of 80 questions and the time duration is 1 hour. Out of which 30 each from ME and EE background and 20 questions were from Aptitude. All were compulsory.
 
The Questions for ME were mainly from Thermal, Mechanics and Machine Design section.
 
Aptitude questions mainly consists questions on Average, Speed & Time P & C, Number System and Reasoning.

Second round:

Group Discussion

They will give you any topic and you have to discuss on it and give your views. Mostly all the groups are given the same topic.

Third Round:

Technical Interview

They will ask some technical questions mostly related to electrical, electronics, instrumentation branch. You have to answer all the questions very carefully. The main motto behind this interview is to check your knowledge and professional skills.

Fourth Round:

HR Interview

They will ask general things, like your introduction in brief, your education, family, likes, dislikes, why you choosed this company, how can you prove yourself worthy for working in this company, why should we choose only you, and so on. The main purpose of this interview is to check your confidence level.
