Below we have provided you with some information related to placement procedure at KPMG :

1. Application phase : Once you've decided to apply for a career with KPMG, you can apply online. You’ll receive a confirmation on submission of your application. If you do not receive this, please email gradrecruiting@kpmg.com.au. 

2. Abilities assessments : They take abilities assessments which include an online numerical, logical and verbal reasoning assessment. The numerical, logical and verbal assessments are designed to obtain an understanding of your ability to evaluate and make decisions based on reasoning questions. These assessments will take no longer than 55 minutes to complete and can be taken from any computer. They ask that you complete these assessments within 48 hours, as they are required in order to progress your application to the next stage of their selection process .

You will then be asked to complete a short values inventory and gamification-based assessment. These two assessments are just 10 minutes each and you’ll receive further information via email before you complete them.

3. Video interview : After you’ve successfully completed their online assessments, they will send you a link to complete a video interview. The video interview won’t be longer than around 5 minutes. They will ask you to answer a few questions about yourself using an online video interview tool.

4. Final stage — information session and final interview : The final stage of their recruitment process involves you coming into one of their offices for an information session and panel interview. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your talents in a friendly and relaxed environment. 

Your interview will be behavioural-based with a partner or director and a senior manager or manager from the business group you have expressed interest in. This interview will last approximately 45 minutes and allow them to find out more about you, and for you to ask questions about them. Your interviewers will ask you questions about your life, your time at school and/or university, your extra-curricular activities and any work experience you’ve acquired.
