Hi friends,
I was very much disappointed when I didn't found any interview experience of Efftronics anywhere (before I attending the interview). So I'm writing mine. I have attended Efftronics interview at Vijayawada at the company headquarters. I'm from Bapatla Engineering College. There are totally 6 rounds in the interview, where 2 rounds were conducted at our college premises and remaining were at their company.

1. Written test
2. First TR
3. Second TR
4. HR
5. Psychometric test
6. Physical test

Before starting of exam, they conducted a,
1. The written test consists of all the basics of aptitude and reasoning. There is very lesser part of aptitude & reasoning and more part is of core subjects. As I'm from ECE, there are major questions on DE, EDC, MPMC, Basics in C, Control systems, ( I remember only these). The exam covers all the basics. You need to cover basics of all these subjects. It's very easy to clear the written test. When more 300 students from our college attempted the test, 38 are shortlisted and my name is on that list.

2. In First TR they ask you everything about basics and they check your minimum knowledge of the subjects. Majorly they asked DE and MPMC. But they covered almost each and every subject (all are basics only). But you should be clear about your answer and just be confident. They also ask some puzzles to solve to check your attitude towards a problem. That's it. From ECE/EEE/EIE, they shortlisted 5 and I'm on that list.

3. After completion of first TR, they told that they would inform when will be the second TR and we had to go to their company for further rounds. I got a mail that it will be on 28th November 2016 and we went there. Totally there are 10 candidates who attended the interview (4 are from our college and remaining are from other colleges). 

In this round, they completely check your skills how you are applying your knowledge to the problem. They will give you a real time problem and asks you to solve. They conducted 4 exams on that day. 
1. Circuit theory and EDC 
2. Digital designing 
3. Programming 
4. General questions.
These 4 tests consist of the complex problems and we need to solve them on paper (they conducted this like an exam). For each test, they give one and a half hour time. After the tests, those papers will be sent to interviewer and you will be called to the room where they interact with you about what you were written. 
In circuit theory, the circuits are given and asked to find a node voltage or asked to design a circuit based on the theorems. 

2. Digital designing is the main test which they see majorly. In this, a 2 questions are there. The 2 questions are one is to design a locker system based on the conditions given. Other is to design a price display machine where it calculates the price based on both weight and volume of a product and should display a price of maximum one( This is the condition and we need to design). 

In programming, they asked to write 2 programs. And in general questions test high level of aptitude will be there. This test checks your reasoning ability. 

After all the following tests HR round is conducted and it is just normal interview which is very easy and they will just ask basic questions. If you select in TR you are selected 98%. 

The interview process started at morning 7:30 and it ended by evening 4:30. We waited for an hour and the shortlisted names were called. Totally 4 people were shortlisted and 2 are from our college. 

In between the tests of TR, psychometric test is conducted where some questions are given and asks you to put YES or NO answers. The psychometric test is to estimate your feelings about relationships. just be genuine in that test.

Later we were taken to doctor (there is a doctor there itself in the company) to conduct some physical tests and they sent us to Ramesh hospitals Vijayawada for remaining tests. The physical tests are to check BP, Diabettes, height, weight, eye sight and color blindness (Majorly considered one). The tests conducted are blood test, ECG, heart echo test, X-ray test, Treadmill test and that's it. 

Thus I completed all the rounds and they discussed pay, hikes and cuttings in the salary and I felt very happy that I was selected and waiting for the offer letter which is an official intimation of my selection in the company. 

Just you need to be patient to complete all the rounds and don't lose hope. Once you selected, your career will accelerate fastly than a software field.
