The recruitment process of Cyient has the following rounds:
1st: online MCQs2nd: Technical interview3rd: HR interviewThe first round has some aptitude questions and some technical questions of your niche area. If you are from an electronics background, they ask you circuit based questions. If you are from a mechanical background, they ask you questions like the following:
What are the failure modes of a bottom flange model?What are the requirements for the selection procedure of a thrust bearing?They also ask you about the software in which you have a good knowledge about.
Cyient Unkown Candidate Experience
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cyient (Hyderabad) in February 2015.
There were 3 rounds.
1. written: Aptitude and technical questions were asked. It's an online test for one hour. If we are good at aptitude to certain extent and have a strong grip on our core basics, this round can be easily cleared.
2. Technical interview: This round was about 10-15 mts for me. In this round our CORE knowledge is tested. Our subject and its real time applications were asked. As it is a VLSI company, and the job is to design, questions related to that part were majorly asked.
3. HR Interview: There were 2 panel members for me, in this round. Here, our communication skills, attitude and passion towards the subject and work are observed.
