Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President - Global Marketing Head to lead and drive our marketing efforts for our Digital Transaction Management (DTM) AI-powered eSignature Solution 'Certinal' (). Certinal eSign is a future-ready Digital Transaction Management solution that provides trust, security, and compliance. Certinal is a subsidiary of Zycus, the pioneer in Cognitive Procurement.
This is a senior leadership and highly strategic role. You will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy including positioning, messaging, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, analyst relationships, and customer/partner marketing. You will also lead the inside sales / business development team.
You will be accountable for achieving company objectives with regard to revenue, customer acquisition, budget management, and profitability. It requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal and external business stakeholders including agencies to drive incremental sales, customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking & strategic thinking, project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem solving with the ability to influence and introduce innovative and impacting marketing programs.
What You'll Do:

• Drive our global marketing strategy and articulate the value proposition in positioning Certinal as a leader in Digital Transaction Management (DTM) AI-powered eSignature Solution
• Responsible for building Certinal's brand & enabling revenues across all global markets including US, EMEA, and APAC
• Lead all areas of global marketing spanning product marketing, digital marketing, marketing research and analytics, customer marketing, brand, PR/AR
• Drive business strategy and identify marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth
• Drive demand-generation initiatives through strategic account-based-marketing and inside sales
• Lead our customer/partner marketing programincluding overall strategy, communication planning, analysis, andoptimization.
• Create and manage quarterly and annual budgets along with headcount requirements working closely with our VP of Finance and Administration.
• Build and coach a world-class marketing team

Job Requirement
What We're Looking For:

• A great leader who can make a big impact and leadthe growth of our business
• More than 18 years' experience with at least 10+ years in a leadership role as a global marketing executive with a focus on product marketing, digital marketing, marketing research and analytics, customer marketing, brand, PR/AR
• Experience in building & scaling early stage SAAS companies will be a definitive advantage
• 5+ years' experience demand generation in SME/mid enterprise/ enterprise SAAS segments
• Experience establishing and expanding the company's vision to out-execute competitors on thought leadership, analyst/press relations, and content/messaging.
