Reaching out to the merchants as per the given database
Creating awareness about Amazon Pay and explaining in detail about the product benefits vs other payment solutions
Shift and schedule adherence
Set high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments / tasks
Display expertise thorough understanding of products and processes
Keep the merchant and other key stakeholders informed and updated through the process
Escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor/SME when warranted
Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics
Strict adherence to company policies and processes

Experience:1-2 yrs Domestic calling experience, preferably worked in Sales & Customer Support program
Skill sets:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Exposure to the basics of payment solutions
Eligibility Criteria:Any graduation/ Diploma (10+2+3)
Exception if the Candidate has more than 3+ years of experience
Domestic calling experience
Must be proficient in English, Hindi , Tamil, Bengali , Gujarati
